I was unmarked and didn&apos;t include a note, but had a copy of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cduniverse.com\/productinfo.asp?pid=6974886\">1981 Zappa Halloween show<\/a> and a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.beefheart.com\/datharp\/albums\/boots\/portablepeople_dvd.htm\">Captain Beefheart documentary<\/a> from England. Both are really enjoyable but I don&apos;t know who to thank.
