The tour had a little mishap this morning crossing the Sweden/ Norway border, a big high bridge that took on black ice and sent our PA truck into the center divider. The driver, Dean, hads some scrapes and cuts from broken glass but is ok. It's a crappy photo, but the cab of the truck is on the left. The trailer in the center is a different truck.
The cab was seriously damaged and the trailer was messed up too, but once we got one of our other cabs back to pull the trailer and fixed a damaged air line, the PA made the rest of the hour and a half trip to Oslo. Another cab ran back and got the video/wardrobe truck, slowing the load in but not the sound check schedule...
We're just so glad that Dean is ok... here is a view of the river below where the crash took place...
