   One of the things that has been a bother since record companies started issuing back catalogues is they often avoided obscure acts and recordings that wouldn't turn a profit. I guess that's why they are big business. Now as they digitize everything (probably to save money and burn masters), someone has had a wacky idea: why not try to sell them, even if a small audience is the only chance of that? Some money is better than no money and no money is what they get if they don't put it on sale.
