From the stage of the Academy in Glasgow, where it is Humid with a capitol H (see previous). So many bands get to the last show before going home and rush the show, play sloppy or phone it in. This bunch tends to buckle down and perform like it's the last time they ever will. There is nothing that guarantees another go round in this world so why leave the best for a last that might not happen?
The place is full, the kids are singing along... it is said by some that Glasgow is the music capitol of Europe (you'd probably find those who disagree but getting in a fight in Glasgow is very serious business). Mark from the Tartan Podcast sure finds some good tunes up here... it's too bad we couldn't hook up this time. I hope we get another chance. We'll make it happen.
