Rolling Stone mentions in Issue 970 (with HST on the cover) that Weezer might be teaming up with the Pixies during the summer and possibly the Foo Fighters in the fall... is management testing the waters for packages through traditional leak dis-information? These are interesting combos to be sure... perhaps they are counting hits on blogs to determine which way to go, kinda like when the record companies were using P2P to track the direction of certain artists and songs... makes sense, except the lock down fans who are on the web are a given and don't always care who else is on the bill...jeez, just look at how nasty Dylan's fans can be about the packages he's been a part of!!!

Hey Roadies! Ready to tour without rooms on days off? Learn more about the State Park System? Have your band's management cursed out by fax by none other than Sharon Osbourne? Somehow her savvy dealings and America's need for darker material have done the unthinkable: Ozzfest Turns Ten.

I didn't know how to approach this when I heard how it turned out... luckily, someone else did.

For all you itunes people out there who are used to seeing other people's playlists on the network and enjoying listening to something different, check out this article on Apple changing policy by software update... Look carefully before you upgrade, you may be losing abilities rather than gaining them...

A report from the NY Daily News says that Billy Joel is back in rehab. I don't know if there is a problem, but do know there is a solution.

I wish this was around when I was doing cartage... after a long trip in a big white truck, this would have been a welcome stop...

Gas Station Bathroom Offers Royal Touch. -As Paul Moghadan puts it, a good toilette is good for the bottom line. A chandelier, faux travertine walls, silver columns and a marble counter adorn the bathroom at his Chevron gas station in West Covina, some 20 miles east of Los Angeles....

A genuinely scary choice for the position, President Bush will recommend Paul Wolfowitz for nomination as the head of the World Bank. A fun guy with a good sense of the New World Order... an obvious Bush pick. I know Bono was a long shot, but at least he has fans...
